چکیده مقاله |
Cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) ions are the two toxic heavy metal ions (HIMs)according to the ATSDR report. HIMs affect the structure of proteins and enzymes and threaten the health of humans [1]. Therefore, the construction and development of highly sensitive sensors with the ability to measure in situ and simultaneously is important for Cd (II) and Pb (II) measurements [2-3]. This report presents a simple and highly sensitive sensor for the simultaneous measurement of Cd (II) and Pb (II) based on a composite of bismuth-based metal-organic framework/graphene oxide (Bi-MOF/GO) and glassy carbon electrode (GCE) as supporting electrode. metal-organic framework with high absorption properties increase the electrochemical currents of heavy metals at the surface of sensors based on it. This effect, together with the unique properties of GO layers, makes it possible to measure small concentrations of Cd (II) and Pb (II) in environmental samples. To achieve the highest sensitivity and selectivity of the sensor, the conditions affecting the electrochemical analysis were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the upgraded sensor has shown excellent performance for detecting Cd (II) and Pb (II) in a concentration range from 0.1-400 ppb for both ions and with a low detection limit of 0.03 ppb for Pb (II) and 0.05 ppb for Cd (II). Also, the proposed sensor along with the square wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV) technique exhibited acceptable anti-interference performance with high stability and reproducibility. Bi-MOF/GO/GCE sensor was effectively used for the SWASV analysis of Cd (II) and Pb (II) in water samples. |
